About the Role
As a Support Team Contractor, you'll help ApexFinish reach potential customers, follow up with leads, and keep communication organized across calls, email, and chat. This role is designed for someone who is confident speaking with new people and willing to grow through practical outreach work.
Cold calling is a key part of this role. You should be willing to contact potential clients professionally, introduce ApexFinish services, record responses, and follow up with warm leads.
Daily Work
What You'll Do
- Make professional cold calls to potential customers and introduce ApexFinish services.
- Reach out to leads through calls, email, chat, and follow-up messages.
- Record lead details, call outcomes, questions, objections, and next steps clearly.
- Follow up with warm leads and route serious prospects to the right team member.
- Respond to customer inquiries and keep communication professional and clear.
- Support light admin tasks connected to outreach, client onboarding, and reporting.
Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For
- Clear, confident spoken and written communication in English.
- Comfort making professional cold calls and speaking with new people.
- Reliable organization and careful follow-up habits.
- Comfort using email, spreadsheets, call notes, and chat platforms.
- Ability to commit to agreed weekly hours for the duration of the engagement.
- Prior sales, customer service, outreach, or admin experience is a plus, not required.

Remote, structured, and flexible.
